ADL's Essex County Law and Education Day brings together students, educators, law enforcement officials, community leaders and elected officials to honor and celebrate those who exemplify ADL's values and ideals.We are proud to honor Catherine C. Latham, EdD, Lynn Superintendent of Schools and Chief James A.
