Sikhs in Johor have a new centre with the opening of the Johor Sikh Naujawan Sabha Malaysia in Jalan Pertawai in Taman Johor recently.

The association will use the new centre to expand its ladies wing, the global Sikh movement and its youth movement.

The centre will offer a variety of services that include tuition classes, religious and traditional musical classes, yoga, computer classes, a welfare unit and hostel.

The centre is mainly to reach out to Sikh youth to teach them the essence of their sacred text, the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
