An Islamic mosque, complete with a daycare center and a school, could be a new neighbor in a high-end residential section of Bridgewater Township.

Representatives of the Chughtai Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Bedminster, have filed an application with Bridgewater’s planning board to transform the old Redwood Inn on Mountain Top Road into a place of worship for area Muslims.
