DESCRIPTION:In its 19th year Jamaica Plain's Latin American Cultural Family Network, La Piñata returns to Spontaneous Celebrations with their traditional Latin American Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebration! A holiday remembering and connecting with family and friends who have passed on.OUTSIDE, a traditional community altar (with fire) will be built, where all are welcome to come and remember/celebrate loved ones lost.
